That "Sunder First" part is bothering the hell out of me. The correct thing to do is switch stance in mid-charge, so that before you arrive at the mob and get a hit's worth of rage, you're already in defensive. However, if you failed to do this, Shield Slam first (since it is way more aggro than sunder), maybe blow an HS to drop your rage further, and then switch.

Sil - Keep in mind that this was written prior to the xpac, and not revised. When this was written, Shield Slam was 30 rage, and there's no much chance you'd have had enough rage to Shield Slam right away.
The idea was to use the highest-aggro ability right off the bat, and that used to be Sunder. Now, it's Shield Slam. For those without Shield Slam, the tip is still valid.
