Procs and Potions in forms

After reading the druid forums on the wow website, rumor is that druids can now use potions in thier forms, cat, bear, etc. Also procs from weapons work in their forms too. But this could just be fake, Blizzard hasn't officially released anything about this.

promising, it was a big deal when they started allowing "on equip" effects. I really wish they would at least add "on use", I hated not being able to use my PvP trinket when I was catting it up in PvP.

I hate not being able to get a Windfury Proc in cat form, I think thats BS.
