Ok, I'm going to go over all the ranks tonight before BWL. From then onwards Black Rider will also be the minimum required rank for formal HGA participation.
Also, at present there are no Abyss Knights. This will come with time.
Slight changes to rank requirements as well. Any promotion at all now requires membership on the forums.

Ok, got a little lazy with the ranks again. Going to go over them at some point soon and just make sure everyone has an appropriate rank. Expect mostly promotions and possibly one or two more Abyss Knights.
Also, chanegd the wording of the inital post a little.
