Well, as many of you know, we are progressing quite far in MC. I believe that in a few months we might be ready to take on a SL Lock with our group! But to get ourselves ready, I suggest we all ready up on strategies. Here is a good post, with positioning pictures and all. Enjoy How to Beat a Warlock

Doesn't work. If the warlock spots a single Hunter or Warrior trying to take him on, he will cast Demon Armor which increases his resistance to all schools of magic by 185 and his Armor rating will gain a bonus of 50,000 with a 75% damage reduction.
In addition, he will spawn a Voidwalker and Soul Link it. When struck, it will gain Demonic Fury. Attack Speed will be increased to 1.00 and Attack Power will gain a 2500 bonus. Each successful Melee attack will corrupt the warriors/hunter's armor, reducing it's durability and defensive rating. This will continue until the warrior/hunter has 0 armor rating.
The voidwalker will then proceed to attack with Physical Damage and Shadow Damage. Each attack will do around 2500 damage with a crit strike of 6000.
Should the warrior or hunter manage to strike the warlock, he will cast Fear, call off his Voidwalker and use a modified version of Pyroclast Barrage called Soul Fire. This will hit for 5000 Fire Damage, bypassing resistances.
I think these numbers are new in patch 1.10. Bout time they fixed our class.
