while the reaper is the easiest to make its plans are the hardest to attain while the titan is the easiest plan to attain but expensive to make, the champ is not that hard to attain and not so expensive to make
so....forget the reaper, thats not going to happen...at least until i get dtr to solo them
does anyone have a preference for the titan or champ?
the champ is better for warriors and according to posts and its just insane with a crusader enchant so i am leaning that way

I also have the Arcanite Champion plans on my Ahouse alt, which I bought for 50g at AH one time (I thought it was a good deal). I have been saving it for someone in guild, so if you want it, no problem (although I COULD use the 50g back someday).
I would prefer to have a Hammersmith in guild because no one I know has ever taken that path, but... whatever. I heard the hammers aren't that good anyway, proc-wise.
Stratholme is a difficult instance for a 5-Man group at level 60, let alone lvl50. In order to complete the swordsmithing quest you have to open the blacksmithing plans by the first Ziggurat on the undead side of Stratholme, just after you fight the abominations. The Baroness is at the top of the stairs. The plans are up against the wall directly to the right of the Ziggurat's stairs. When you click on them an elite named mob, the Black Guard Swordsmith, spawns that you have to kill and loot an item from, the Insignia of the Black Guard. Return that item to Seril Scourgebane in Everlook, Winterspring and you're done.
Piece of cake. 700lb piece of cake.
