So my sister is in college and a professor of hers is having her play everquest 2 for educational purposes or something. So she asked me to help her level her character up. Does anyone have any knowledge about this game before I start it?

I know a guy that used to be hardcore into the first Everquest. I don't think I've heard a single positive review for the second one.

I knew a kid who only referred to himself as the name of his Everquest character back in the day....and he had the balls to say I played WoW too much >_<

I've got a few friends here that refer to me by the name I use online, "Xjph". Does that mean I IRC too much...?

their was a while in my more..........consumed years of warcraft where i thought of my self as firebreather and i had trouble differentiating thoughts about the game and thoughts about real life. For instance i might think something like "I am going to grab a hot pocket then get back to ungoro to mine that thorium before that fucking nelf gets their."

I've heard the same thing being done in World of Warcraft. They use it as a place to do sociology experiments and stuff. Since its pretty much a fairly large society.

You're not forcing people to call you that Vith, they just do because it's the name they associate you with. If I met you, I'd call you Vith, I'd call Sam, Fire, I'd call Nick, Cherry, etc. A few people at school call me Dread, but I don't make them. The kid who said I played too much only answered to the name of his character from Everquest.
