Do the glowing trinkets show me a way home, or simply a glowing path for some one else to follow?

I need some at school proxies or a better over all way around the system. They have blocked out anything with the word Proxy in it.

Yea my HS i was able to get around all the blocking shit for a while, then they did what it looks like they've done to you...blocked all the unblocking/proxie sites....they are A-holes. That is that.

If you're running winXP Pro at home you can just circumvent the whole thing. Enable remote desktop connections on you machine at home, forward port 3389 to it from your router, and then connect to it from school. It will be just like you were sitting at your computer from home, albiet a little slower.

First you need to know the external IP for your network, then you enable remote desktop on you computer. You do this just by right clicking My Computer and go to properties. Then go to the Remote tab and check "allow users to connect remotely." At this point things diverge a little. If you can run the remote desktop client at school, found at Start > All Programs > Accessories > Communications, you just need to forward port 3389 to your computer from your router, then run the remote desktop client from school, give it your IP address, and you're good to go. If you can't run it from school you need to follow these directions to set it up so that you can connect to it just using Internet Explorer. One other consideration is that anybody trying to use your computer at home will kick you off a remote session.
