Enchant Boots - Minor Speed..anyone have?

I am in the process of securing a new set of boots for purlop and want to get a speed boost on them...when I get 'em. Hopefully, the AH bid I placed last night for 1.5gp will be a winner, but we'll see.

Anyway, any in guild able to do the speed chant for me? I know the mats are:

Small Radiant Shard x1
Aquamarine x1
Lesser Nether Essence x1

Also, this is the highest speed boost I can see on thotbot. Can anyone confirm this? Thanks.

SO, is it possible to put this enchant on top of the ones on these boots...?

Those boots aren't actually "enchanted", they just have their regular stat bonus, which happens to be variable in Thottbot, because there's a random component when that item is generated as a drop.

Budoh from Grey Wolf can definitely do that enchant, btw. I think most enchanters can, though.
