DarkSicarius' 300 Enchanting FAQ.
It's been a long time since I last posted a FAQ. I originally planned on posting my enchanting FAQ a few weeks ago, but due to some inconsistancies that I kept going through, I finally got it down. (Thanks for NOTHING thottbot!) So, if you've read my other faqs, you know that I do it cheaply and fast. This has all Trainer learned Enchants until 265, where then you need to buy 2 more patterns, easily attainable. I also give you a shopping list, so you can fulfill it while you're disenchanting on-the-go. 1-70 has two routes, you can disenchant Armor and Weapons to get the appropriate materials, or you can spend a crapload on Strange Dust. You decide depending on your bank account.
I also tried to not use shards or non-enchanter items where it could be avoided. Also, as a point of note, you can use Jaywu's Enchanting Prices to dole out these puppies in your home city, and lessen the near 500 gold cost of all this. You heard me right. Around 500g. That's right, now go back to your mining and skinning, this is for the big boys. I guarantee you though, once you get 300, you'll find that money flowing back to you in amounts that may make you cry (for joy).
This profession also has a reputation of being the only 'social profession' in the game. Believe it. I more than once messed up my reputation with a few people by not offering what I could (mainly because I was losing gp casting the enchant), to those people I apologise. To the rest of you, you're going to lose money until you get established, offer lower prices if there is a competitor, and take the hit. Having someone tell people about you is more valuable then getting a few more G an enchant. That being said...
