It seems like since I've hit 55 it's all about rushing to do this and that, and only going in instance X to achieve objective Y, or else getting cornholed in MC and ZG. I'd really like to spend some more time doing 5-10 man instances, and just give them a really good working over at least once a week.
For many of us I think, MC ends up being kind of a chore, and I think it's turning people off of the game. It's a reasonable goal that we should eventually be able to rock MC, but I think by rushing into it we're hitting a wall that only really die-hard gamers are willing to keep running into week after week.
The 10-15 man instances give us more leeway to experiment, and do so with less stress. If we focus on not just getting through those instances, but efficiently demolishing them, I think we'll be better players and have a better chance at a good time in MC. We should also work on party organization, because despite what CTRA may delude us into thinking, a party is still a very valuable organizational unit which should largely be self-contained.
Anyone with me? Any time during the week after 9pm is good for me, as well as weekends any time. If enough people are interested I can get something organized. Level 55+ players would probably be best, but I'm flexible.
Above all, I want this to be fun, and for everyone to be clearly involved and get a chance to try new things. And no group damage meters. I want us to be competing against the instance and not each other.

I'll be happy to 5-man any high level instance. Specifically, I have a bunch of quests in BRD, and lots of gear I need in DM North/West.

Namtar,
Surprisingly (or maybe not so much), I'm feeling what you're feeling. A great deal of my time is spent talking to people about MC and ZG, and it's not really that fun.... although I have fun while I'm IN MC, it still takes a lot of work.
I still have DeDread at L59, with very few of the quests done that I'd like to finish, and I have Brun, a shammy at level 54, whom I haven't touched in a long time.
I also agree about the damage and healing meters. What does it really matter?
The main reason I hit MC so hard was because I had done a lot of the 5man instances already with my warrior, and I figured I'd jump ahead and start getting my PHAT LEWT (epics)... but I'd love to level a few more alts.
