Any of you who have ever worked any kind of IT support will appreciate this. . we have this one client where Aph and I work. . their people have no clue what they are doing. My most recent evidence of this has to do with their users and their passwords.
Yesterday I was copied on an e-mail from one of our consultants. I read through the whole thread, and found an e-mail from one of their IT guys asking six of his users for their passwords . . .
I'll bet money at least three of them hit "Reply to all" and put their passwords in.
Today, I get another request asking me to send an IT guy two users' passwords.
Then. . just now. . I got an e-mail from one of their users. . he sent me his password. . unsolicited. . so I could check something for him.
My response "Never, ever, give your password to anyone. That includes me, all the staff here, your IT staff, and your managers."
I hate stupid asses.
