Mcg you may think you are useless now but...later in MC the bosses take around 30min to kill sometimes...and i lock/mages mana doesnt last for 30min...rogues can fight the whole time nothing is there to stop them unless they die. At those fights you will understand why we have you.
Whoever appeals to the law against their fellow man is either a fool or a coward. Whoever cannot take care of himself without that law is both. For a wounded man shall say to his assailant, “If I live, I WILL KILL YOU. If I die, you are forgiven”. Such is the rule of honor.

Wow, I definitely wouldn't mind taking the lead position without Silicon here, but I might no be able to handle it. I am a very slow typer, and not that great at ordering ppl around. I will say this, I would rather get input from all the healers in the raid about certain situations, and maby Budoh and I can co-organize it.

I typed up a "leadership help guide" for someone recently (Gnomepunter, actually), when he asked me what he should know, and one of the things was:
"Combat situations are no time for democracy".
I find there's really no time DURING a raid to get a consensus on tactics - you have to pick something and go with it, lest the rest of the raid get bored, impatient, or think you're incompetent or indecisive (that was another "leadership help", thing... BE DECISIVE). If you want to lead the healers by consensus, I think you should talk to the other regular healers outside of the raid environment and get something agreed upon.... and you're in luck, Silicon won't be here for 2 weeks.
Also, if we can get everyone on Teamspeak, maybe the healers could have their own chat channel... the only problem I have with this is that I can't monitor it, so you guys will have to keep yourselves civil...
Actually, yiou can assign keyboard command to a lot of differnt things not normally accessable in TS. For example, you could set it up so that Ctrl+Alt+A sends to every person on the server, or Ctrl+Alt+H sends to the healer channel, or whatever.
