Update:

Spent about 1/2 hour with Dime and Majin trying to find this guy - we got wiped out about 3-4 times by wandering elites or mobs we were trying to run by (and aggro'ed - fell off mount... bad stuff happened)

Never saw him. I wonder how often he spawns?
