I still buy lots of games, I just don't have time to play them because of WoW. Good article though.

ive been eyeing other games that i would really like to play but i know i will soon abandon them because there is so much left to do in wow

I have at least 2 unplayed (or severely underplayed) games on my shelf. I am eyeing Supreme Commander, the next RTS by Chris Taylor of Gas Powered Games, but I can see myself playing WoW for at least another year or more. And then the Blizz bastages will prob come out with the expansion, and start me up all over again!

WOW...
... that's pretty cool, actually. Nothing like a "spontaneous" simulation of the real world, complete with the administration trying to clean up the mess and only partially succeeding...
